Who We Are

Premade is an Alliance Raiding Guild on the Oceanic realm of Caelestrasz comprised of players from across the Oceanic, South East Asia, Greater Asia regions and US / Europe. We are committed to creating and maintaining a rewarding gaming experience, considering all members limited time online.

We understand the importance of family, friends, work and school. Essentially, we believe that life must be a balance of all the things we love. We are committed to the guild. We hope to enjoy many years of gaming with our guild, and look to forge long lasting and sincere relationships with our members.

Specifically, we are a guild based on friendship at the core with a focus on progressing seriously through endgame content within a limited time schedule.

Raiding Information

Non-DST (Daylight Savings) Raid Times

Our raid times during the Australian Non-DST period (April to October) is 10:00pm til 1:00 am Server time on progression nights and generally active at the same time on non-raiding days.

We plan four(4) 25 man Raids scheduled per week: Monday, Wednesday, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Weekend days reserved for future farmed or 10 man content raiding or ad hoc raids/heroics.

DST (Daylight Savings) Raid Times

Our raid times during the Australian DST period (November to March) is 11:00pm til 2:00 am Server time on progression nights and generally active at the same time on non-raiding days.

We plan four(4) 25 man Raids scheduled per week: Monday, Wednesday, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Weekend days reserved for future farmed or 10 man content raiding or ad hoc raids/heroics.

How Does Premade Organise Their Raid Schedule?

We are currently using the standard In-Game Calander. Invites will be sent out to Raiders and Above. Casual Raiders and Members will not receive invites. If you wish to participate or see if you are needed for the night, please show up at our scheduled raid night and if we have a spot, you may be asked to come.

Raid Invite Priorities

Invites are based on the following:

• Rank - Core Raiders & Above > Raider > Casual > Member/Trial. No alts will be allowed to run on progression nights unless needed as dictated by the Raid Leader.
• Role - What is needed and not needed for group composition
• Players confirmed as available on our web sign ups
• Current Attendance
• Preparedness

Attendance

Premade tracks the following for Attendance:

• Attendance will be tracked for both people IN RAID and on STANDBY.
• Being online or available until the end of the raid duration = gain attendance for the raid.
• Leaving early before 2 hours are up = no attendance (this applies to Standby players as well).
• Not being available when called on = no attendance (+ additional penalty if deemed appropriate)
• Leaving early due to unforseen circumstances within 20-30 minutes of planned end time = gain attendance (must inform an officer or rep)

Attendance will also determine your in-game rank. The following outlines the criteria for each particular rank:

• 90%+ Attendance* = Core Raider (Guaranteed Spot)
• ~75% Attendance = Raider (Second in line)
• <50% Attendance = Casual (Third in line)
• Members = Last Resort

* We say 90% attendance because we understand you may not always be able to commit to 100% attendance, however in most circumstances you are generally raiding for 4 days a week.

Also, please be advised that the Raid Leader and/or Officer reserves full right to bring in people based on ability to meet any raid roles needed. Example, being a Core Raider does not explicitly guarantee you a spot if there is an overflow of DPS and Healers are needed. This is expected to be understood by all.

Players who miss out on a Raid due to composition will be asked to be on Standby. You are expected to be online and not AFK to ensure you will be recorded. If you go Offline, you will not be recorded and this will affect your overall attendance percentage.

How we Determine your Rank

• We evaluate your attendance on a month-by-month basis (30 days).
• You will be demoted/promoted on a monthly basis, or remain the same rank as shown by our attendance records.
• Guild members on extended leave of absence or wanting to scale back raiding can request for demotion to Social Member until such time they can work towards being a Raider again.

Raid Rotations

• Generally, if you were forced to miss a night of Raiding due to composition, then you are guaranteed to be picked for next week’s raid.
• It is advised that you remain as a Backup/Standby to ensure your Attendance gets recorded.

Loot Distribution

What is Premade’s Loot Priority?

Raiders & Above are given priority over Members and Trials. If Raiders pass on loot, Trials are allowed to receive loot. If Trials also pass on loot, item will be up for offspecs and/or DE’d and sent to the Guild Bank.

What Loot System does Premade Use?

We have chosen to use Suicide Kings for 25mans. Please click here for more information. The system will be further explained in a forum post once you are a member of the guild.

10mans loot system will be determined by the raid leader. Depending if we have a particular raid on farm or not, it could either be loot council or simple a /roll system.

Code of Conduct

Our rules are simple, all we ask is

• Be courteous to everyone at all times.
• Respect yourself, your guild-mates and everyone around you.
• Constructive comments and criticisms are encouraged, however non constructive comments and criticisms that are on investigation self-serving or destructive are not tolerated.
• Racism, abuse, and derogatory remarks are strictly forbidden.
• No trolling on Trade, General, LFG etc channels.
• No disrupting other groups. This is defined as any activity designed to harm or inconvenience a specific player or group of players. This includes things such as: monopolizing most or all of the kills in an area, making excessive and inappropriate use of zone-wide communications.
• No begging from other players or guild members. We proudly earn our equipment. If you need trade goods or reagents and are willing to trade or pay them back that is fine to ask, but please do not expect handouts.
• Remember that we are playing a game for fun and enjoyment. If you aren’t enjoying yourself and/or the company of your fellow guild members and, if despite all efforts by all parties involved, are unable to resolve the issue of conflict, then you are free to leave without any hard feelings either way.

What to Do if You’re Being Abused or Harassed

If you believe you are being abused by, or otherwise have any problems with another guild member or even officer, please inform any one of the officers or council immediately so the issue can be addressed before it gets out of hand. And remember! The Blizzard GMs are there for a reason.

What Happens if I Break a Rule?

A 3 Strike Rule comes into place and as follows:

• Warning Issued
• Demote to Trial Probation - Placed under 2 weeks probation, loses loot priority of a Raiders and Members in Raids. Will reinstate previous Raider or Member status after 2 weeks probation is over.
• Removed from Guild if no improvement has been made.

The Officers and Councilors can override the 3 Strike Rule if a player’s actions are extreme and can remove a player without warning. Let’s hope it does not come down to this.

Guidelines for Raids and Party Runs

Premade Expects the Following from our Players

• To attend most of our scheduled raiding days, especially progression raids, whereby numerous of wipes on a given night is foreseeable.
• To take their own initiative to do better as this will help catapult the guild forward in our progression efforts.
• To do all they can to improve their gears outside of raids as much as possible. Again, this will most certainly help keep the guild moving forward.
• To visit the Premade forums at least once a day for news and information pertaining to the guild as well as being part of the guild’s community.
• To sign up for raids
• To notify officers when you may miss a raid you signed up on as soon as possible. Failure to do so will result you being at the bottom of the loot priority list and/or being demoted. Keeping it up will also ensure you will be swiftly removed from the Guild.
• To maintain your own stock of consumables. The guild bank has a very limited number of consumables which are donated. It is not advised to rely on what is available in the guild bank.
• Required AddOns and Mods installed and updated before the first pull in a raid. To show optimism, perseverance, discipline, adaptability, spatial awareness while raiding – farmed or not.
• Ventrilo installed, regardless if you have a microphone or not. Just as long as you can hear what’s going on.
• Chat on Ventrilo to be kept at a minimum when explaining boss fights and during boss encounters.
• In the event that you need to leave the game or the instance, you should inform the party/raid leader in advance. Moreover, it is good practice that you should look for a replacement before you leave, unless an emergency occurs of course.

It is not acceptable if you do any of the following

• PuG any Heroic Raids if you are a Raider and Above. Only exceptions to this rule is when we have officially stopped Raiding.
• Intentionally make insulting remarks, abuse or any criticism to any party members.
• Leaving the party/raid without prior notice or explanation. (Unless it is a disconnection issue)
• Not complying with the party/raid leader on encounter strategy, tactics, loot rules or any other subject related to the raid or instance run. If you are in a Pick Up Group be sure to ask what the loot rules are BEFORE you begin.
• Arguing with other party/raid member(s) after the loot is being rolled.
• Unreasonably arguing with the party/raid leader on encounter strategy, tactics, loot rules or any other subject related to the raid or instance run. Making suggestions on better strategy or tactics are welcomed though.
• Looting item(s) before the rolling and without approval from the raid/party leader or the rest of the party members, thereby denying other members of the party a fair chance of getting the item(s).
