Premade is currently recruiting raiders for the following classes:

Tanks:
Any outstanding Feral Tanks

DPS:
Any outstanding Feral Druid, Boomkins, Enhancement / Elemental Shaman or Shadow Priests

Healers:
Any outstanding Holy/Disc Priest, Restoration Shamans and/or Restoration Druids

Here is what we expect and what the applicant should expect when putting in an application. Note: These are subject to change.

Basic Requirements

Raiders

• Must be over 18. We cannot stress this enough.
• You will have to maintain at least 75% attendance every month to be considered a Raider.
• Must have good spatial awareness (being mindful of your surroundings).
• Gear must be properly enchanted and gemmed accordingly to your spec.
• You should be in mostly epics.
• Ideally our casual schedule with a serious approach to raiding suits you.
• Proactive, fun and enjoys the company of others as well as striving to work as a team and not against.
• Able to follow instructions & take constructive criticism.
• You must NOT be an alt with a main in another guild.
• The spec you apply to us as will be your main spec (unless otherwise stated by you or through conference with an Officer).

In a nutshell, we don’t care if you can pull out 5000+ DPS or whatnot. Monkeys with great gear can do that. We don’t want monkeys, we want skilled humans. We seek applicants who have the required skill to make the raid a success. If you’re one of those that constantly fail to move from shiny things that don’t look right below you for example, we could do without you.

Members

We are not actively seeking members. We are only accepting social members based on your relationship with a Raider in the guild, that is: Family and/or Close Friend.

Expectations

Raiders

Raiders are players who are willing to dedicate their time and patience to the preparatory activities. This includes but not limited to:

• Consumables.
• Properly enchanted and gemming of gears.
• Reading up strategies and watching a video or two.
• Fine tuning your talents.
• Actively and consistently wanting to perform better through the means of research of your class and role.

What we expect

• Raiders are expected to attend most (at least 75%) of our scheduled raiding days, especially progression raids, whereby numerous of wipes on a given night is foreseeable.
• Raiders are expected to take their own initiative to do better as this will help catapult the guild forward in our progression efforts.
• Raiders are expected to do all they can to improve their gears outside of raids as much as possible. Again, this will most certainly help keep the guild moving forward.
• Raiders are expected to visit the Premade forums at least once a day and sign up for all raids – whether you can make them or not.
• Raiders are expected to notify officers when you may miss a raid you signed up on as soon as possible. Failure to do so may result in some form of punishment. If it happens too frequently, you will be booted out of the guild with no remorse. Don’t waste our time and we won’t waste yours.
• Raiders are expected to maintain your own stock of consumables. The guild bank has a very limited number of consumables which are donated. It is not advised to rely on what is available in the guild bank.
• Raiders should show optimism, perseverance, discipline, adaptability & a high level of spatial awareness while raiding – farmed or not.

What you can expect

• Raids start 10pm server time till 1.00am Non-DST (while all efforts are made to start and finish the raids on time, we occasionally start a bit later and/or finish up a bit later than usual). DST Times we start at 11pm till 2am.
• Raiding days are: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
• We use the in-game Calendar to handle signups. Please make sure you check them regularly.
• Able to withdraw consumables from the guild bank.
• Be a part of a fun, dynamic family!

What we expect from trials

• This is up to you

Trials can expect the following

• It will generally take 2 weeks for us to determine your trial status with us. However, in some circumstances where we feel that you have not “shown enough of yourself” your trial can & will be extended. We cannot evaluate you fairly if you do not attend most of our raids as well as make yourself feel part of the guild.
• Trials should not expect guaranteed spots for our scheduled runs.
• Trial status players do not have full rights as a Raider. Loot will only be handed to you if no other Raider wants the item.
• You will not be able to withdraw consumables from the guild bank.

Members

You are a member of the guild, not a raider. Hence you will most often not be included in our progression raid compositions unless we are short on numbers and you have decent gears & skill to make some sort of contribution. If this is the case and you do make it into one of our raids, all raiding rules will be applied to you, much the same as a Raider.

• No pressure on level or gear requirements.
• Must obey all general Premade rules – just like all Raiders.
• You can sign up to our scheduled raids, however you should not expect a spot. It is encouraged that you sign up as we may need you depending on turnouts
• You may be allowed to attend Premade’s farmed content. However, once again this is subject to your gear, skill and personality as a player.

If you wish to participate full time in progression raids, you may wish to apply as a raider and understand the expectations of a Premade Raider (see above). Please also bear in mind that Raider slots are restricted by raid composition and available Raider member slots will be limited and not guaranteed. As with all raider trials, you will have to prove yourself.

Loot system

We have chosen to use Suicide Kings for 25mans. Please click here for more information. The system will be further explained in a forum post once you are a member of the guild.

10mans loot system will be determined by the raid leader. Depending if we have a particular raid on farm or not, it could either be loot council or simple a /roll system.

Raiding Times

Non-DST (Daylight Savings) Raid Times

Our raid times during the Australian Non-DST period (April to October) is 10:00pm til 1:00 am Server time on progression nights and generally active at the same time on non-raiding days.

We plan four(4) 25 man Raids scheduled per week: Monday, Wednesday, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Weekend days reserved for future farmed or 10 man content raiding or ad hoc raids/heroics.

For our interested US based applicants, our raid times clock in at:

CST : 6.00 AM to 9.00 AM CST time
EST : 7.00 AM to 10.00 AM EST time
PST : 3.00 AM to 6.00 AM PST time

DST (Daylight Savings) Raid Times

Our raid times during the Australian DST period (November to March) is 11:00pm til 2:00 am Server time on progression nights and generally active at the same time on non-raiding days.

We plan four(4) 25 man Raids scheduled per week: Monday, Wednesday, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Guild invites are given when applications are filled in and approved by Recruitment Officers only. Sorry ’smooth talkers’ - it just doesn’t work that way so quit while you are still ahead. Bonus points given to those who mention something about fireworks in your application. Guild mates with Friends and Family who are interested in joining are to refer to the Officers and Councilors for approval.
